With my almost 22 years in the fitness industry and 57 years of life experience, I will take you on a journey from a basic introduction to Pilates, yoga, pranyarma breathing techniques. My program will help you to progress at your own pace. There will be lots of options and plenty of motivation to keep the classes safe and relevant with lots of levels to choose from.

My Studio is situated in Narre Warren, Melbourne. My studio is perfect for corporate events and private functions.
