My Experience in the Fitness Industry

I have almost 22 years experience in the fitness industry

Personal Training 22 years (100’s of clients ranging from 10-70 years old. Fitness level from handicapped and rehabilitation to athlete.

Fitness instructor with individual programs at many gyms

Pilates instructor for 9 years, holding classes and working with individual clients)

Yoga teacher for 6 years. Style of teaching is Purna from the Byron yoga centre.



Yoga 7 years including classes and working with individual clients.

Group fitness including many various types, for the past 20 years including older adults, school groups, teachers and rehabilitation.
