Todays smoothie features Celery.
I think I made too much….
I am dedicating the next couple of days of my holidays to cleansing. Just researching if you can have too much celery before I overdose.
Celery is an amazing cleansing food and has so many benefits including being very good for the eyes.
Celery is a mild diuretic so maybe I shouldn’t drink too much.
1/2 bunch celery
1/2 cup parsley
Ice and water.
Made 3 glasses.
