Many of my recipes are old favourites that I have adapted to fit into my healthy living policy. My aim is not only to provide my recipes but to provide education about food and healthy eating. Everyone can eat healthily, the main ingredient is fresh, whole foods combined with a little preparation. Our diets should be kept as close to nature as possible and we have an abundance of fresh and healthy options in Australia.
