About Wendy

My name is Wendy Anastasi and I have 18 years experience in the fitness industry

My background is:

  • I owned WAM Personal Training business with my husband Mario for 14 years. We juggled our business with our family life with 3 teenage daughters and many other commitments. Our business grew to have 11 trainers working for us from 1999 – 2013.
  • In 2013 we sold WAM Personal training to pursue other goals.
  • I am continuing to develop I love balance and have diversified into Pilates and yoga teaching for the past 7 years while I was still personal training.

I work with many other professionals who are experts
in their knowledge and they will bring their expertises to my workshops.

These workshops can be held for 2 or 3 hours or a whole day depending on your needs. They can be held with or without food included.
