Workshops

 

I am holding many different workshops and I like to think that I can make these very individual depending on your needs and my audience.
The features of my workshops include:

Introduction to Pilates, yoga, yoga breathing techniques (introduction to meditation and its benefits).

Healthy and nutritional morning tea.

Take home healthy goodies and recipes.

Goal setting, time management and forming good habits for life.

I also am involved with many other professionals
who I work with to bring a lot of valuable knowledge from these workshops. I work with:

We would love to tailor a workshop especially for your need and the needs of your friends, employees, customers, clients, business associates and others.

These workshops can be held for 2 or 3 hours or a whole day depending on your needs. They can be held with or without food included.

My name is Wendy Anastasi and I have 18 years experience in the fitness industry and have owned WAM Personal Training with my husband Mario for 14 years. During that time I have diversified into Pilates and Yoga as well as personal training. In 2013 we sold our Personal Training business and I am expanding in other areas. I would love the opportunity to let you know what I can bring to you.

Pilates benefits – again if space is a problem – demonstrate some practical pilates exercises and stretches.
